Pasta Bake
  1. Cook onion and garlic with olive oil until tender

  2. Add tomatoes and seasonings, cook down into sauce

  3. In separate pot, cook spinach and drain, chop, then add to sauce

  4. Add ricotta to sauce, incorporate, add cooked pasta, incorporate

  5. Sprinkle parmesan on top, then broil for 10 minutes, rotating to make sure it doesn’t burn
